This wonderful little book has helped me immensely as I have been thinking of purchasing some rural land for a homestead. This book is a good starter book for anyone interested in thinking about buying land. Living in Illinois I really can't apply much of what the book teachers because there is almost no rural land that fits my needs. But this is certainly a good starter book and made me think of things I wouldn't have come up with by myself. It was well worth the investment.
