This book is SO cute. I have flipped through it and love a lot of the quotes. They are encouraging and make me smile. The fonts are super cute and it's a well made product.

Saw this book at Target recently and immediately looked it up on here to order it for about $6 cheaper. I love it so much. I have been obsessed with positive, uplifting quotes for years and I was very drawn to the artwork and artistic handwriting. Great purchase. It would be a great gift for a birthday.

The artwork is light and joyful. Pleasant size, not too big, not too small.No dust jacket which is fine, doesn't need one because of the semi-gloss material it's made of.

I like the book based on two points. First, the illustration is cute. Second, it lists various issues that any car may encounter. Plus, it provides solutions and these solutions make sense! If there is one thing that I may desire, I hope the story could be longer.

Great Books and a great price.I have been collecting these books for my 2 year old daughter so that when the time comes I can give her a huge set of these.I remember having these books when I was little and loved reading them.

This is a fun book to read because it is simple and there are a lot of fun sounds. Pictures are fun too.

My Grandson likes it when I make the different sounds written on the pages of this book. It isn't very long which is good because Grandson doesn't have a very long attention span right now.

However it doesn't really do justice to what you are going to experience. For your traveler's vocabulary you really need an audio source - online.

Fairly basic guide - look for something a bit more substantial

These e-books are informative travel guides that help you learn things like where to eat and what the best sights to see are. Some of the phrases might need a little practice, but it's a step in the right direction if I ever decided to visit Beijing. There is a guide to follow that tells you good places to eat, visit and get the most fun out of your trip. I loved seeing the photos included, makes me want to go visit. This review is written based on my unbiased opinion.

I love reading bits from this interesting book - it reminds me of my days in Beijing. The irony is that my knowledge of Beijing is less than half of what this book covers. Well, I guess I have been absent for too long. I think I am gonna use this book for my next long over-due trip to Beijing to rediscover the charm of this ancient yet modern city.

This could have been as good a guide for beginners as many reviews here claim it to be, but it suffers from one fatal flaw: there are no maps to guide you with any precision. There is only one map that basically amounts to pointing out east, west, north, and south parts of the city. However, there is no map to locate the neighborhoods recommended for shopping or staying or sight seeing. In other words, while this guide can be a useful reminder to those already familiar with Beijing, it is considerably less useful to those unfamiliar with the city.

No real information about Beijing beyond the most generic travel advice. Does not have any specifics about sites or history, really not one thing. I read the entire "book" in under 15 minutes.

Good info about touristics atractions. But needs more recomendarions of places to eat, shows to see, places stay and recomendations of how getting to the points of interes.I guess that Fodors would worlk better this time for me....I
